Description
This improved variety has thick leaves and is great as an edible green. Leaves are very high in iron, minerals and arean excellent diuretic while the roots are a supreme liver tonic. The Greens are ideal for spring salads, pesto or cooked like spinach. Full to partial sun. Hardy to zones 3-9.
