Solomon’s Seal

A graceful woodland lily with sweet scented cream flowers. The powdered root is used for swelling, bruising and inflammation. American Indians used the root for lung problems, upset stomach, arthritis and rheumatism. Native to a woodland setting and requires a shady location. Hardy to zones 5-8.
