Description
Indian Tobacco. A stimulant to the respiratory system and among the best anti-spasmodic and expectorant available for chronic asthma, whooping cough and emphysema. A low dose botanical, it must be used sparingly in combination with other herbs as it can be emetic. An annual plant forming a nice green rosette and sending up delicate blue flowers. All aerial parts are used. May over winter in milder areas. Full sun. Tender Perennial. Hardy to zones 2-10.
