Anise Hyssop

Anise Hyssop is a showy Tea plant with beautiful Purple Spike flowers to 2 feet. Native Americans used this herb for respiratory problems. It has a strong anise flavor and it makes a great sun tea when mixed with mint or fennel. It is known as an excellent food source for Honey Bees and other Pollinators. Excellent addition to the Herb Garden or perennial border. Perennial Hardy to zones 4-8.
