Description
Fern Leaf Dropwort. Not to be confused with Water Hemlock. This delicate and lovely plant is closely related to meadowsweet and is found growing throughout central and northern Asia and much of Europe. Traditionally used as a tea for kidney ailments and for respiratory issues. The rosette has very finely divided fern like leaves with flowering stalks, which can reach 3 feet by mid summer with sprays of small, creamy, white blossoms. Prefers full sun or part shade. Hardy perennial. Zones 3-8.
